Terms and Conditions

The client accepts to use the FirstCab taxi services on the following terms and conditions: 

Payment: 

1. First Cab and standard taxi rates are available on our website: www.firstcab.co 

2. Prices are shown including VAT. 

3. Payment must be made in the cabin itself via cash to the driver. In all cases, fiscal revenues will be provided. 

4. The client understands that online payments can bring the risk of limited fraud and that FirstCab will not be responsible for the misuse of details or the client's credit card/debit accounts. 

5. If you use any online payment facility, the client will be given a confirmation of payment via email, the client will print and give it to the driver on the pick-up. 

Service : 

6. The client will be responsible for the behavior of all passengers in the car during the trip. Clients will be charged a minimum of two hundred Rupees( 200) to cover any cleaning costs on events of vehicles that cannot be littered by any passengers. Each damage caused by direct or indirectly by the client to the vehicle will be charged directly to the client and will be paid soon. 

7. Eating, drinking, or smoking in a vehicle is not allowed.

 8. The FirstCab driver has the right to reject every client from the FirstCAb boarding vehicle that the person who must be considered by the FistCab driver is in a traveling condition in the vehicle. 

9. For security reasons, small children’s travel must be held in a way that fits the age, weight, and height of the trip. A suitable child's seat must be supplied if possible and equipped with adult passengers who accompany children. 

10. Clients understand that if they forget items in the vehicle, FistCab cannot be responsible for these items. If the client asks FistCAb to return any item found to the designated address, the client will be charged according to the FirstCab rate for this trip. 

Cancellation: 

11. Cancellation will be received at no cost if made ninety (90) minutes before the pickup time booked. If the cancellation is not carried out in ninety (90) minutes specified, each refund will be subject to an administrative fee equivalent to 50% of the total travel costs ordered. 

Booking: 

12. Clients can order FirstCab services by telephone using the following telephone number 8709186468 or through our website booking form at firstcab.co, or by email to [email protected]. This service will depend on the availability that will be confirmed when booking. Reservations will usually be made 24 hours (min. 12 hours) before the pickup time. Every order made outside the standard office hours (09: 00-18: 00) and maturity in the next 12 hours, must be confirmed by the client by telephone at 8709186468 to confirm availability. 

13. To order online or by email, Firstcab must confirm whether the order has been received either by telephone or via email. Any non-confirmed order will be carried out depending on availability.

14. FistCab will ensure that taxi services and taxis are provided at the highest level. The client understands that enough time needs to be allowed when ordering a taxi to ensure timely pickup, also taking into account the delay produced from traffic conditions.FirstCab will not be responsible for delays caused by passengers who are not ready to be picked up at the time ordered or from client failures to provide FirstCab with the correct information. Clients with this admit that FirstCab will not be responsible for any way to lose or damage to the client, directly or indirectly at any time. 

15. Clients with this admit that FirstCab will not be responsible for loss or damage to their clients or goods in the event of an accident or delay. 

16. The client will order a vehicle with a suitable size for the number of passengers and luggage. FirsCab cannot guarantee to bring an excessive amount
